A panel discussion on the challenges of managing substance abuse will be moderated by Paul L. Jeffrey, PharmD, pharmacy director of the Office of Clinical Affairs within the Center for Health Policy and Research of UMass Medical School's Commonwealth Medicine division. In this role Dr. Jeffrey provides broad clinical support to MassHealth, the Massachusetts Medicaid program. He also serves as director of Pharmacy for MassHealth.
The panel is on the program of the AMCP Nexus 2013: Connecting Health Care and Innovation conference, hosted by the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy. The conference will be held October 16 to 18 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas.
