The UMass Choir traditionally performs at Commencement every June, as they did above in 2011.
The UMass Choir is looking for new members to participate in performances at two upcoming events on the Worcester campus: the International Festival on Friday, May 11, and Commencement on Sunday, June 3.
The choir is composed of students, faculty, staff, and friends and family of the UMMS community who love to sing. It meets every other Wednesday for one hour to sing classical and contemporary choral music. Everyone is invited to an open rehearsal on Wednesday, April 4, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. in S3-402 in the Medical School building
Singers of all levels of experience are welcome; the ability to read music is not necessary. If you would like to attend the open rehearsal, RSVP by email to ChoirAtUMMS@gmail.com.
