We are currently seeking motivated graduate students, postdocs, and technicians to join the lab! The Kim lab is dedicated to promoting a diverse and inclusive environment that respects and values all individuals.

Postdoctoral Fellows

Postdoctoral positions are available for motivated individuals with an interest in cancer metabolism; cancer immuno-metabolism; metabolism of neurodegenerative disorders.

Graduate Students

Prospective graduate students should apply directly to the Basic and Biomedical Sciences Ph.D. program or the M.D./Ph.D. program at the UMass Chan Medical School.

After matriculation, interested students should contact Dr. Dohoon Kim directly about lab rotations.

 

Technicians

Laboratory Technician research positions are available for applicants of all training levels, with salary commensurate to experience level. Depending on the career goals of the applicant, the position can either be 100% research oriented or include a component of laboratory management (up to 25%). A Bachelor’s Degree in Biology or a related field and experience with cell culture and/or basic molecular biology techniques (e.g. cloning and Western Blotting) are preferred, but no prior job experience in the field is necessary.
