Log Your Own Support Request

Did you know that you can log your own support request with the IT Department?

  1. Click the following link Log a request or Report an Issue
  2. Click on “Is Something Broken” or "Application Requests" to submit a new incident/request
  3. Click on “My Items” to see your ticket history.

Update: As of 2017, all ticket requests should be submitted via the Help Desk Portal located at
