Log Your Own Support Request
Date Posted: Friday, July 04, 2014Did you know that you can log your own support request with the IT Department?
- Click the following link Log a request or Report an Issue
- Click on “Is Something Broken” or "Application Requests" to submit a new incident/request
- Click on “My Items” to see your ticket history.
Update: As of 2017, all ticket requests should be submitted via the Help Desk Portal located at https://umassmed.service-now.com/sp
