Knowledge Has Arrived on the Help Desk Portal!

Try out the newest component of the help desk portal: Knowledge! 

The knowledge base provides articles on how to fix common issues like "Map a Network Drive", as well as answers to questions like "How do I get a Qualtrics account?"

Search right from the portal home page, or browse the knowledge base.



Searching with Contextual Search 

The contextual search feature in the knowledge base allows you easily find the information you're looking for using common keywords. You can also navigate to the article by clicking on the title in the search results.


Standardized Information

Application articles provide information in a consistent manner to help you quickly find the information you need.
