 New Version highlights:

  • Open an Incident
  • Quick Links to popular UMass websites. Example: E*Value, O365, Zoom, EpiServer
  • Alerts on outages
  • You will see the name of the IT Staff Member working on your ticket
  • You will see an Estimated Completion Date
  • You may add a comment to the ticket
  • You may cancel your ticket
  • You will get email notifications as the ticket is being worked on.
  • Access the portal via your mobile device.
