- New email structure with hyperlink to the Self-Service Portal for your tickets. Login with your UMass Medical School NT Account.
- You will see the name of the IT Staff Member working on your ticket
- You will see an Estimated Completion Date
- You may add a comment to the ticket
- You may cancel your ticket
- You will get email notifications as the ticket is being worked on.
