Data Sources

MiCARD research data warehouse integrates information on patients from multiple sources. Clinical data sources including payer information, IDX, Laboratories and HL7 Messages, providers and clinical information from the hospital systems ALLSCRIPTS and SOARIAN are loaded into the my card data warehouse in a regular basis.

Micard detailed data includes demographics, ICD9 diagnoses, CPT, ICD9 and ICD10 coded procedures, insurance, medications, laboratory results, HCPCS, vitals and biorepository samples.
