Fellows must be graduates of ACGME-accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency programs or licensed Nurse Practitioners or Physicians Assistants.
Per request of the UMass Graduate Medical Education Department, we will not accept J-1 visa applicants.
Applications are due by December 31st. Late applications may be considered if positions remain open.

- Three letters of Reference, including one from the applicant’s residency program director.
- Copy of USMLE or COMLEX scores

Acceptance decisions will be made by January 15th to allow time for applicants to apply for Massachusetts licensure, DEA and MA Controlled Substances certification, and credentialing at FHCW, to be completed before the target start date of August 1st.
