- 12:45 p.m. rehearsal for Morningside Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences class speaker (tent)
- 1:00 p.m. rehearsal for Morningside Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences students (Back of tent)
- 1:00 p.m. hooders, faculty participants, Name reader, Dean (tent /stage)
- Thursday, June 1 – Tan Chingfen Graduate School of Nursing
- 5:30 pm Award & Scholarship Celebration
- Friday, June 2 – T.H. Chan School of Medicine
- 9:00 am Alumni Awards Reception
- 11:30 a.m. Students gather outside the front of the medical school building for line of march
- 11:45 a.m. speaker in the tent
- 12:00 p.m. Students gather outside medical school building, form line of march, with assistance from SA. They then into process into the tent and sit in the correct seat. -
