The "Tee Shirt" Quilt

Each year, our Radiographer Students hold fundraisers to raise money for multiple causes including the pinning ceremony and scholarships. Although there are many fundraisers done, selling unique class created tee shirts has proven to be the most fun and profitable.

Donna St. Clair, our Ultrasound lead, came up with the great idea to create a quilt made completely of these fundraiser tee shirts created throughout the years.  We thought it was a great way to show support to the students and how proud we are of our Profession.   

As a symbol of the pride we have as Radiologic Technologist  and  Diagnostic Imagers, we decided to collect the work of our students and put something together  that showed  what we stand for and what we do every day. This quilt was created in 2010.

We feel this quilt embodies the pride and professionalism we experience as RT’s and Sonographers.  Like the quilt, when we put our talents and knowledge together we make something beautiful.
