Gratitude from a Patient's Loved One

I just wanted to take a minute to tell you about the wonderful service I received from Marisol Cruz. I won’t bore you with all the details but I had been trying for several days to book a hip aspiration for a family member ordered by a Boston doctor.
I am not a clinical employee so do not understand how this all works. I spoke with Marisol yesterday and today and she was most gracious and helpful in explaining the process to me and getting the procedure scheduled. I appreciated her patience with me but more importantly, I appreciated that she understood my concern and sense of urgency. We had several back and forth phone calls and she was always pleasant, professional, and caring.
When I asked for her supervisor’s name so that I could commend her, she said, “That is not necessary; it is my job and I was happy to help.” But I think she went above and beyond her job description to help me out and I thought you should know.
