Electron microscopic observation of myosin molecules by rotary shadowing and/or negative staining to determine how different experimental conditions affect myosin conformation.

Michael A. King, PhD awarded supplement to AdaptiSpect award. Total costs $362,429. Developing a multi-detector-module adaptive-pinhole SPECT brain-imaging system known as AdaptiSPECT-C that is ideally suited for quantitative dynamic and high-spatial-resolution static SPECT imaging.
