Salary Ranges

Salary ranges are based on an evaluation of the difficulty of skills required for a particular position. Generally, staff new to the University are hired at a salary between the minimum of the assigned range and the market reference point (midpoint) of the specific salary range of that position. The following tables provide our salary ranges by grade.
