GEP or DNP to PhD

Candidates for admission through the Graduate Entry Pathway must address the following minimum criteria: 

• Prerequisite requirements
  • Anatomy & Physiology I with Lab (taken within five years; grade B or higher recommended)
  • Anatomy & Physiology II with Lab (taken within five years; grade B or higher recommended)
  • Microbiology with Lab (taken within five years; grade B or higher recommended)
  • Human Growth & Development Across the Lifespan Course (taken within five years; grade B or higher recommended)
  • Nutrition Course (taken within 5 years; grade B or higher recommended)
  • College Level Statistics Course (grade B or higher recommended)
  • If any prerequisite courses are in progress at the time of application, provide a plan for completion and include college/university, course, expected date of completion.
• Undergraduate GPA >0 preferred
• Two letters of recommendation(at least one should be an academic reference from a former faculty member)
• Personal Statement
• Resume/CV
