Meet Our Fellows 2022-2023

Ashley Mitton, PsyD, Second Year Fellow 
Ashley earned her BA in Psychology from George Fox University outside of Portland, OR. This two year position is based at Barre Family Health Center. Ashley completed her MA and PsyD at Biola University in La Mirada, CA, culminating with her pre-doctoral internship at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Santa Rosa, CA. During this internship, she worked with patients across the lifespan and received specialized training in addiction medicine. Her clinical interests include incorporating humanistic interventions into evidenced-based primary care treatment, women’s health, and supervision and training. In her free time, Ashley enjoys hiking with her dog and skiing, as well as exploring local restaurants. 




Namra Arif, PsyD, First Year Fellow 
Namra is a first-year fellow based at the Fitchburg Family Practice. She earned her BA in Psychology from UMass Amherst with a minor in Art History. Namra completed her MA in Clinical Psychology from American International College in Springfield, MA and her PsyD from the University of Hartford in West Hartford, CT. Her pre-doctoral internship was completed at the Manchester VA Medical Center in Manchester, NH. She has experience working with patients across the lifespan and has received specialized training in various trauma informed treatments. Namra’s clinical interests include integrative behavioral medicine, pain psychology, trauma informed practices, mindfulness-based approaches, and culturally responsive care. In her spare time, Namra enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and art.
