Meet Our Fellows 2023-2024



Namra Arif

Namra Arif, PsyD, second-year fellow 

Namra is a first-year fellow based at Fitchburg Family Practice. She earned her BA in psychology from UMass Amherst with a minor in art history. Namra completed her MA in clinical psychology from American International College in Springfield, Massachusetts and her PsyD from the University of Hartford in West Hartford, CT. Her pre-doctoral internship was completed at the Manchester VA Medical Center in Manchester, New Hampshire. She has experience working with patients across the lifespan and has received specialized training in various trauma informed treatments. Namra’s clinical interests include integrative behavioral medicine, pain psychology, trauma informed practices, mindfulness-based approaches, and culturally responsive care. In her spare time, Namra enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and art.




Allie Mann, PhD, first-year fellow 
Allie earned her BS in Psychology from University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a minor in Gender and Women's Studies. She completed her MA and PhD in Clinical Psychology from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI. Her pre-doctoral internship was completed at the VA Boston Healthcare System, where she received specialized training in primary care behavioral health, trauma-focused treatments, and LGBTQ+ healthcare. Allie's dissertation and research interests have focused on LGBTQ+ minority stress and evidence-based treatments for sexual and gender minorities.
