Directions to the Integrated Teaching and Learning Center
The UMass Chan Medical School's curriculum is designed to seamlessly integrate teaching across disciplines; emphasize self-directed study; promote team-based learning; and employ state-of-the-art educational technologies. In support of this educational mission, the Integrated Teaching and Learning Center (iTLC) is a learning environment that facilitates this team-based, interactive, blended learning.
The iTLC dedicated learning space supports
- Computer Based Testing (CBT) for an entire class of 150 students
- Interactive multimedia teaching and learning for an entire class
- Small groups of 4-8 interactive sessions
- High-definition display of images in small group or full class.
From the main entrance of the Medical School:
Take a left at the main corridor and take the second right to locate the elevators.
Take an elevator to the 2nd floor.
Take a left off the elevators and another immediate left; the iTLC rooms are located down the hall on your left.
It is located in S2-318 A, B and C on the second floor of the Medical School.
