Our Collaborators
Advanced Therapeutics Program – The virtual team of clinical and pharmacy providers integrates with our clinical services to optimize medical therapy, eliminating the need for extra appointments and travel.
Digital Health – The virtual coaching program for lifestyle modification and remote monitoring.
UMMH Nutrition Therapy Team – The team of registered dietitians that provides in-person and virtual nutritional therapy and assessments to address patients' personal nutrition goals and needs, including disordered eating.
UMMH Specialty Pharmacy Liaisons – The pharmacy team is fully integrated with our clinical care services to work on medication approval and delivery.
Mobile Integrated Health – The program dispatches trained community paramedics to provide home-based evaluation and treatment for weight management conditions.
