UMass Medical School’s Commonwealth Medicine division is made up of people from all walks of life working towards a common mission: helping vulnerable populations. As Executive Vice Chancellor, I am very proud of our culture of inclusiveness. As we unfortunately see more examples of intolerance towards others around the world, we need to continue to cultivate our environment of civility, respect, and acceptance.

11th Annual Veterans Inc. Stand Down

It is the beginning of summer and it is not about defeat; it’s about the-feet!  Everyone should have low cut socks and flip-flops to help make their way through hot summer days. Clean, new, unused socks and flip-flops are needed for men, women, and children.  Donations will be collected over the next two weeks and delivered to Veterans Inc. on July 16th.
