Tiffany E. Cook, MA
Tiffany E. Cook, MA, (she/her/hers) is the director of diversity, equity and inclusion education and integration. Cook supports the integration of diversity, equity and inclusion curricula across all three graduate schools and provides DEI training and consultation across the organization. Prior to joining UMass Chan in October 2021, she was the program manager of training and professional development in the Office of Diversity Affairs at New York University Grossman School of Medicine, where she used a transformative paradigm to develop medical education curricula that promotes social justice in the clinical setting. Cook has experience working in several roles in patient care, from financial administration to direct service provision as a reproductive and sexual health educator and is passionate about working toward health equity. She received her undergraduate degree in general studies with a minor in women’s and gender studies from the University of Idaho and a Master of Arts in higher education administration from Stony Brook University.
