Before receiving a prescription for Tandem's Control IQ update:

1. Watch the following video.

2. Complete a ten question assessment.

3. Upload your Tandem insulin pump via t:connect so your care team can review the settings.

The video provides an overview of what the new software can and cannot do to assist with diabetes management. It also lets you know what's required in order to proceed with the transition to Control IQ.
