Dr. Zainal was born and raised in Bahrain, attended Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. She worked in Ireland for a few years after graduating from medical school in 2013.
Favorite part of treating people with diabetes
Helping my patients take control of their lives and feel empowered rather than defeated by their illness. I enjoy seeing them improve over time and gain confidence, and building a close bond with them.
Hobbies
Painting, journaling and walking my two cats. Yes, they walk on a leash! I also enjoy cooking healthy food.
Siblings
Three sisters and a brother. They live in the United Kingdom and Bahrain.
