Electives & Continuing Education
Effective February 2, 2018, MBSR in Mind-Body Medicine will shift from being a required prerequisite for beginning the Teacher Education Pathway and become an elective that may be taken at any time in one’s journey to becoming a Certified MBSR teacher. In addition, the curriculum is being reviewed and will be condensed into five days in the fall of 2018, making it more accessible and current.
One elective is required for MBSR Teacher Certification.
