ME-220Mindful Eating

Self-guided use of the Eat Right Now app and weekly group-based learning and support classes in-person, at the Center for Mindfulness, are the foundation of this class that integrates mindful practices with the science behind eating habits. Learn skills to help you become more aware and gain control over eating.

  • Daily, self-guided use of Eat Right Now app with 10-minute practices.

Deepening Mindfulness with Practice and Discourse

8-week course for those who have completed the 8-week MBSR and/or MBCT class, or who have equivalent mindfulness practice experience through another method. Deepening Mindfulness is an opportunity to further engage in formal practice, share experiences, and be sustained by companions who are also nurturing the presence of mindfulness in their lives.


  • Meets for 8 Thursdays, September 28 - November 16, 6:00 - 8:30 p.m.
