Saki SantorelliDuring the 2017 Fall Teaching Institute I will be teaching, giving talks and meeting with MBSR communities in Switzerland, France, Belgium and Denmark. During this journey, I’ll offer “3 morsels in 3 minutes” – a series of impressions of the world around me - in the form of 3-minute video "postcards."

I take my inspiration from two sources: the great Haiku poet, Basho, who logged many of his walking journeys across Japan and captured in his renowned book, A Narrow Road to the Interior. The term “morsels” is not mine. It comes from a famous 17th century meditation guide, The Alms Bowl, written by the Sufi teacher, Kalamullah Shahjehanabadi who traveled across India gathering in his begging bowl meditation practices from the great Sufi teachers of his time

My video postcards will be posted to this page as my journey progresses.
