Robin Boudette is licensed psychologist, yoga instructor and mindfulness teacher. Through her own experience with stress-related illness, she developed a regular practice of yoga and meditation and was inspired to integrate mind-body interventions into her clinical work. With more then 25 years of clinical experience specializing in the treatment of disordered eating, she has a long-standing interest in mindful eating.

In addition to MBSR teacher training and certification at the Center for Mindfulness, she has studied in the Insight Meditation tradition completing the Community Dharma Leadership Training Program. She currently teaches MBSR, Mindful Eating and other mindfulness-based interventions in healthcare, higher education, and workplace settings.
