Philips CM 12 Electron Microscope

The CM12 is a conventional analytic TEM operating up to 120kV, in both normal and low dose modes. It has a goniometer specimen stage that allows ±60 degrees of tilt. It provides high quality routine images of conventional thin-section, negative stain and shadowed specimens. The CM 120 has an image-intensified TV system, facilitating focusing, low dose operation, and group observation.
