Rhode Island Technical Resource Center- Quality Dimensions and Quality Indicators

In order to measure the quality of health care provided to injured workers in Rhode Island, the project entitled Development of a Model State Technical Resource Center for the Improvement of Workers' Compensation Medical Care first completed a stakeholder's survey.  Then they achieved a consensus from their advisory committee on what factors affected quality care and how these would be measured.  The result of this process they called their Quality Dimensions and Indicators.
