Stratis Health's- Minnesota Workers' Compensation Program: Mandatory Treatment Parameters Evaluation

Workers' Surveys developed for use in measuring compliance with the Minnesota Treatment Parameters for back injuries were an important part of the Stratis Health project. After literature reviews, the Roland-Morris disability scale was chosen to assess low back specific functional limitations as well as a combination of VAS scales of pain intensity, pain drawings and other information about prior episodes, initial functional and vocational limitations and self-perceived notions of severity were chosen and used for both the initial and the follow-up surveys.
