ONECARD Rx- Findings from the ONECARD Rx Satisfaction Survey

Both of these surveys were designed to evaluate satisfaction among users of the ONECARD Rx prescription benefits program. The "ONECARD Rx Satisfaction Survey" was designed to be used for those injured workers using the new program and the "Prescription Drug Benefit Satisfaction Survey" was used for the control group consisting of injured workers using the traditional methods of obtaining prescriptions under New York's workers' compensation system. Results, methods, and complete descriptions of the survey populations and analysis are contained in the publication Findings from the ONECARD Rx Satisfaction Survey prepared by the Lewin Group, Inc.
