Rhode Island Stakeholder Surveys

The stakeholder surveys below, which were designed by the Technical Resource Center of the Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training, to gather information that would help them address specifics of the Rhode Island Workers' Compensation System and to measure the quality dimensions priortized by their stakeholders. When piloting these questionnaires, they identified a number of ways to improve them and the reader should contact them for versions of the revised surveys.

Any jurisdication interested in utilizing these surveys would first need to modify them consistent with their goals. Certainly, at a minimum, the knowledge sections would have to be revised to reflect a different jurisdictional statute. Lastly, the  Quality Dimensions chosen by Rhode Island may not reflect the same priorities as chosen by another jurisdiction, and this would require revisions in the surveys as well. The surveys available are:
