"The diversity of the Worcester program provides numerous opportunities for professional support and growth. The concept of a University program located in the community allows our residents to experience the true meaning of family practice. Working in a teaching role allows me the privilege of witnessing the growth of family physicians from "green" medical students to young colleagues. It is also a continuous source of intellectual stimulation. Our residents are a dedicated, hard-working group of aspiring family physicians who take pride in their care of patients. They are a fun group to work with day-to-day."
