Certificate of Intensive Training in Motivational Interviewing
University of Massachusetts Medical School is offering an intensive training in motivational interviewing. This is a 5 session course that provides in-depth training and coaching in motivational interviewing. While designed for providers working in Patient Centered Medical Homes it is open to all practitioners. There are in-person and on-line options. The Smoking Cessation Leadership Center (SCLC) is a national program that aims to increase smoking cessation rates and increase the number of health professionals who help smokers quit.
