Survey Research Services
At the Office of Survey Research, we tailor our services to meet the unique health survey research needs of each of our clients. Our experienced team — senior survey researchers, project managers, data analysts, supervisors, and interviewers — develops and implements full-service plans, beginning with survey design, continuing through systematic survey data collection, and concluding with comprehensive reporting of survey results. Quality assurance for all Office of Survey Research activities is provided by senior survey methodologists.
Survey planning and design
Our senior survey methodologists conduct customized planning and design of both large-scale and specialized health-related survey projects.
We build a strong foundation for our health survey projects through our use of effective sample selection methods.
Our survey research team is adept with data collection methods of all types, including CATI (computer-assisted telephonic interviewing), CAPI (computer-assisted personal interviewing), internet-based tools, optical mark (or character) recognition scanning, and more.
Data preparation, analysis, and reporting
We present our data analysis in a reporting format easily tailored to the specifics of individual health survey projects and of our clients’ preferences.
