Survey Research Capabilities
The Office of Survey Research maintains state-of-the-art facilities to conduct survey research. We operate an in-house call center in Shrewsbury, Mass., equipped with the Shoretel VoIP telephony system and Confirmit survey software. With these technologies, our team conducts mixed-mode surveys featuring telephone and web modalities with integrated data collection. We also collaborate with partners to administer interactive voice recognition surveys.
The Office of Survey Research team includes senior survey researchers and methodologists, project managers, data analysts, supervisors, and interviewers. Our project managers, adept in managing data collection efforts for a wide range of clients, are assigned to each project to ensure timely deliverable production and project coordination. Our analysts are capable of programming in multiple CATI (computer-assisted telephonic interviewing) systems to support all projects.
We employ a full complement of call center supervisors and interviewers with backgrounds in customer service and health care. We provide our team with general and project-specific training courses to maintain the highest quality in our survey operation.
