Opportunities for Giving

You can help support the future work of the University of Massachusetts-Memorial Department of Surgery. There are many ways to give. Donations can be "directed" or "non-directed". Your donation can be directed toward education. Such donations can be used to benefit students through scholarship support, or surgical resident research fellows during their two or more years pursuing research. Donations can also be targeted toward specific divisions/sections within the department, thereby focusing on the treatments of certain groups of surgical diseases. Finally, donations may be targeted toward research, with the aim of working toward long term improvements in the management of certain diseases. Again, this can be done in either a general way, or more specifically targeted toward research in a certain area.

When you make a charitable gift, you will have the satisfaction of knowing that you are supporting important work that will benefit many patients, directly and indirectly, for many years to come. We welcome your interest and support.
