The University of Massachusetts Surgical Outcomes Analysis & Research Group (SOAR) is a laboratory focusing on surgical diseases and perioperative outcomes.  Directed by Dr. Jennifer F. Tseng, SOAR is a part of the UMass Department of Surgery.  We are located on the third floor of the UMass Medical School, Room S3-752.   

Dr. Tseng's research focuses on pancreatic cancer research, as well as that of other gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary malignancies.  In the SOAR group, under the direction of Dr. Tseng and additional faculty investigators, diverse research investigations are underway.  We welcome your interest and inquiries.
