GENERAL THIRD YEAR LOTTERY INFORMATION

Students will input lottery choices on line via the Umass Medical School Intranet:
http://inside.umassmed.edu/courses/lottery/3rd_lott_form.cfm

• Students with dependant children living with them who wish to be excluded from the possibility of getting a Berkshire rotation must send and E-mail to Judy Holewa before entering your lottery choices.  Approval for a site exemption must be received before you enter any lottery choices.  Judy will notify you when you are approved. 
  
• Once lottery choices are submitted, you cannot go back and change your requests.  If you find you've made a mistake, e-mail Judy Holewa and she will administratively go into the Lottery program and delete all stored information.  You will have to re-enter all your information again.
