 Students with dependant children living with them who wish to be excluded from the possibility of getting a Berkshire rotation must send an E-mail to Judy Holewa before entering lottery choices. Approval for a site exemption must be received before you enter any lottery choices. Judy will notify you when you are approved.
Once your lottery choices are submitted, you cannot go back and change your requests. If you find you've made a mistake, e-mail Judy Holewa and she will administratively go into the Lottery program and delete all your stored information. You will have to re-enter all your information again.
After your lottery choices are entered and submitted, you'll receive an e-mail confirming your submitted lottery choices.
The deadline for entering your lottery choices is usually the first week of March ( Judy Holewa will email you with the exact date).
