NIDRR:

The National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research provides leadership and support for a comprehensive program of research related to the rehabilitation of individuals with disabilities. All of our programmatic efforts are aimed at improving the lives of individuals with disabilities from birth through adulthood.

SAMHSA:

Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration works to improve the quality and availability of substance abuse prevention, alcohol and drug addiction treatment, and mental health services with the mission of reducing the impact of substance abuse and mental illness on America’s communities.
