Center for Health Policy & Health Services Research

With the goal of becoming a regional and national leader in health policy, UMMS established the Center for Health Policy & Health Services Research. The center develops and coordinates health research and policy activities on the UMMS campus, supports innovations and quality initiatives for clinical partner, UMass Memorial Health Care, and is a resource for health policy makers in the commonwealth and beyond. Research conducted at the center focuses on the outcomes of health practices and policies, and recommends changes that enhance the quality or effectiveness of services.
