As with the Solexa/Illumina libraries, the user performs the first phase of library construction and performs the preliminary quality checks. The core lab will complete the library construction and perform the imaging. Initially, we will be accepting these types of libraries for analysis:
small RNA constructions - made with the SREK primer set (ABI 4397682)
Single Sample using entire Slide OR Mixed Bar-Coded Sample (color balance is 5 or more libraries)
DNA Fragment Libraries - Transcriptome (cDNA), Genomic or ChIP
Single Sample using entire Slide OR Multiplex Bar-Coded Samples (color balance is 4 or 8 libraries)
