Statistics and Bioinformatics

We provide statistical and experimental design services through in-house consultation and access to more specialized consultations. Researchers who wish to obtain assistance with the following types of statistical consultations are invited to request Core services:

• power analysis
• experimental design
• inferential statistical analysis

In addition, a Statistics & Bioinformatics Resources (SABR) Committee has been constituted to review non-routine statistical applications. In some cases, consultation with the SABR Committee may provide adequate guidance to the investigators. Alternatively, the Committee may make a referral to statistician(s) with specialized expertise.
