Human Brain Waves

Theresa wearing electrode cap.  Teresa explains binocular vision.

At the Brainwaves station, Dr. Teresa Mitchell explained to students that the brain produces electricity when it works. Students observed how human brainwaves, recordings of the electrical fields produced by the brain, are recorded from small electrodes on the cap worn by researcher Theresa Pucci. Then they watched a face perception experiment that is used to see how the brain processes information about human faces.

Teresa discusses brain signals.  Students watch subject in recording chamber.
