Abdominal Imaging and Intervention

One year dedicated track that includes extensive exposure to US, CT, MRI in the outpatient, inpatient and Emergency Department settings spread over two campuses. A large number of non-vascular interventional procedures are performed including basic procedures such as thoracentesis, paracentesis, drainage of abscesses, biopsy of lesions as well as more advanced procedures such as alcohol and radiofrequency ablation, with cryoablation equipment expected shortly. We have a wealth of experienced faculty, eight full time and three part time.
