Dr. Arlene Ash invited by the Portuguese Ministry of Health to speak at Portugal's National School of Public Health in Lisbon

On April 13, 2011, the Portuguese Ministry of Health organized a conference around Dr. Arlene Ash's talk on "Risk Adjustment in Primary Health Care" at Portugal's National School of Public Health in Lisbon.  Dr. Ash was welcomed by representatives of the Ministry and the School.  Her talk, to a packed room of about 90 people, was discussed in open forum by an international panel, and followed by a smaller meeting with Portuguese academics.
