Program Description and Target Audience

This 1 day symposium is for anyone that is or may possibly be addicted to food and those who are working with them directly.

Presentations are designed to help you:

  • Sort out the difference between Normal Eating, Emotional Eating, Food Addiction, or some combination of these.
  • Describe the key aspects of Recovery.
  • Identify ways of shaping a food plan to best meet your own individual needs.
  • Explain what one needs to do in order to stay on the path to recovery and prevent relapse.
  • Articulate the spiritual dimensions of recovery work, regardless of one's own particular beliefs.

Registration Fee: $50. 
Registrations should not be mailed unless receipt can be guaranteed by October 6, 2015. There will be no on-site registration.

This fee includes presentations and parking.

Deadline: Pre-registration will be closed when space is full or at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, October 6, 2015. Registration should not be mailed unless receipt before that time is guaranteed. On-site registration will not be accepted. If you have questions regarding registration, please call Barb at (508) 856-8786.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your registration before October 6, 2015, your fee is refundable less a processing charge. After that date, no refunds will be given for any reason—including weather and other emergencies. Substitutions are always acceptable with prior notification.

Weather Emergency Policy: While the probability of delay or cancellation of the conference is highly unlikely, we recognize that we are all subject to the vagaries of New England weather. If a weather emergency does occur, and you are in doubt as to whether or not the course will be held, call (508) 856-8786 before 4 p.m. on October 15, 2015.

Comfort: Although every attempt will be made to ensure the comfort of our attendees, we suggest that you may wish to bring a sweater/jacket if you tend to be chilly.
