Protein Identification via MALDI-TOF or LC/ESI mass spectrometry:

1D Gel Bands and Solution phase samples;

2D Gel Spots  (MALDI-TOF-TOF or MALDI-QIT-TOF only):

*All Services include in gel enzymatic digestion, ZipTip cleanup, MS and MS/MS analysis of selected peptides, and database searching. Rates are per gel band or spot; multiple band or spot discounts are available.

Phosphorylation Site Identification:

De novo sequencing via MALDI-TOF-TOF mass spectometry:

*Service includes tryptic digestion, SPITC derivitization, MALDI TOF PSD analysis and denovo sequence interpretation of selected peptides. Rates are based on a single protein analysis.

 
Intact mass measurement via MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry:

*Service applies only to intact mass measurement of a "solution phase" sample. Top rate applies to peptides < 5kd measured to a mass accuracy of 100 ppm. Bottom rate applies to proteins >5kd measured to a mass accuracy of 0.1%. Service also includes ZipTip cleanup for salty samples. Multiple sample discounts are available.
