To Place an Order

1. You must sign the WiCell Letter Agreement: a requirement!

   - This is a Federal Government regulation that you will conduct experiments within the appropriate guidelines.
   - Print out, complete form with signatures of all who are involved in the studies and handling the hES cells, then fax to us (508-856-6800).
   - Bring the original signed copy with you when picking up the cells.
   Note:  orders will not be completed until the agreement has been signed by all parties.
2. Read the Protocols section to be prepared for working with the cells
3. Submit Order Form .

Guidelines for Estimating Quantities of hES cells

• mRNA: 2 wells of a 6 well plate pooled per sample yield approximately 4 ug of total RNA
• Protein: 2 wells of a 6 well plate pooled per sample yield approximately 100 ug of whole cell lysate
• We find that for n=4 samples , the variation in different assays is less than 5%.
